Gymcats is located 1 block East of Gibson between Warm Springs and Sunset (across from the fire-fighter's training station).
From I-15:

Take I-15 to the 215 connector. Take it to Gibson Road, go North (left) on Gibson to Warm Springs and make a right on Warm Springs. Go to Parkson and turn left. Gymcats is on the right hand side of the road.

From I-95 and Sunset:

Take Sunset East 2 blocks and turn right on Parkson. Gymcats is on the left hand side of the road.

Gymnastics Instructors

Wendy Hale
Wendy was a former Level 10 Nevada State Champion and National Qualifier.  She has been coaching for over 25 years in all areas of gymnastics including mommy and me, boys, girls recreation, cheerleading, girls developmental and girls team 3-10. She choreographs floor routines and loves coaching gymnastics.  One of her favorite things is drills!  Wendy is an assistant school principal and holds a degree in Health Science along with two Masters: one in Educational Instruction and one in Educational Leadership.

Elena Tiron
She is a former international elite gymnast from Romania who competed at the Olympic level of gymnastics. She coaches in our recreational, select and team programs. Elena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Gymcats team. She has developed drills and training methods for the girls and they all love her! She is safety certified.

Jamie Jennings
Jamie is a pre-school coach at Gymcats who teaches kittens through felines/tomcats. She is a very popular teacher and one of the most sought after at Gymcats. She teaches with a style that is firm yet loving and all her students love her.

Oxana Postavets
Oxana is a former member of the Moscow circus and is a master of sports of the international class in gymnastics. Oxana was a two-time team gold medalist at the Universiade in Japan (1995) and Italy (1997), and the silver medalist on the floor in Italy 1997. She coaches beginners through to level 6 team. She is also a coach in our special programs and has a wealth of knowledge in the sport of gymnastics.

Jillian Lozano
Jillian teaches pre-school through recreational gymnastics. Jillian always has a smile on her face and the kids really enjoy her coaching methods.

Julie Tandy
Julie grew up in Las Vegas and was a former level 10 gymnast. She has been a great addition to Gymcats for seven years now. Julie coaches our pre team, team girls as well as our recreational classes. She will tell you that she loves working at Gymcats!

Susy Pratus
Susy has over 25 years of teaching experience. She has a great rapport with her students due to her high energy and knowledge of pre-school gymnastics.

Dawn Farber
Dawn is a preschool teacher and recreational coach. With a competitve gymnast of her own, she approaches her gymnastics coaching in a positive and caring manner. Dawn loves to coach gymnastics and is happy to be here at Gymcats!

Mekenzie Trenholm
Mekenzie is a recreational coach and teaches many of our Level 1 girls. She has a great relationship with her students and is always smiling in the gym.

Loren Frentiu
Loren was a gymnast for 10 years and is a great asset to our recreational program. She really cares about every child in her class and loves the rewarding feeling of helping her students feel accomplished and successful.

Tara Trenholm
With children of her own, Tara has a natural ability in teaching. She uses her fun and caring coaching style in our pre-school and recreational programs.

Nidia Miranda
Nidia is a pre-school, recreational and boys coach, as well as a front desk staff member. She has an extremely patient and caring nature with her students and the kids love her. She has three talented girls of her own on the Gymcats Team.

Cari Perkins
Cari is a pre-school coach at Gymcats and also works at the front desk. She has been with Gymcats since 2003. Her students always love her caring and fun coaching style.

Jessica Burgess

Brandon Hill
Brandon was an elite gymnast with Gymcats and has brought his knowledge and passion of gymnastics to all his classes. He relates really well to the boys he coaches and teaches them an excellent foundation.

Kimi Sturgis
Kimi started at Gymcats in a level one girls class at 9 years old. One year later, she was on team as a level 4 and competed all the way up to level 9. She was Nevada State vault and floor champion and took part in many regional camps. She has been teaching gymnastics for 4 years now and has learned so much from Gymcats. Her students love her!

Taylor Sturgis
Taylor started with Kimi in level one and advanced so quickly her mother called the desk asking if her move up slips were correct! Taylor is a favorite teacher of many kids. She also hosts birthday parties and works camp. Kids love Taylor!

Christy Hollinger
Christy teaches preschool, recreational, strength, and flexibility classes. She has a BS in Health Promotion, as well as a background in gymnastics and cheer. She loves teaching at Gymcats, and with twin girls on Gymcats' JO team, she has experience with the process of progressing through competitive gymnastics.

Christine Robinson

Diana Kudrevich
Diana has a background in dance and cheerleading. . She has a lot of experience and wisdom in the sport, but is always looking for fresh ways to teach skills.

Dance Instructors

Deborah Hess-Boland
Miss Deb has studied dance since the age of 3. She teaches Ballet, and all Team, Diamond, and Jets/Select Ballet classes. She has been with Gymcats since 2006. She graduated from West Texas A & M in 2002 with a BFA in Dance. While in college she was in the International Folk Dance Company, Lone Star Ballet Company, West Texas A & M Dance Ensemble. She performed in 4 seasons of the Nutcracker 1998-2001. She also performed in 3 seasons of the summer musical “Texas the Musical Drama” 98-2000. She also performed throughout Texas and Oklahoma with the WT Dance Ensemble. She has also had the opportunity to go to conventions and workshop including Technique in Taos with Jillana, a former New York City Ballet Dancer and also Tremaine.

Amanda Stephens
Miss Amanda was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She found her passion for dance at the age of 4 when her mother enrolled her into a baby ballet class. She continued her dance training through college as she has been taught by famous dancers of the Tap Dogs (Gregory Filler and Jeremy Fullam), a Ballet Mistress (Vicky Byers), and great Las Vegas choreographers such as Missy Cochran and Jim Deutz. By 15 years old she realized that she did not want to pursue a dance career but instead wanted to share her joy of dancing with children. As a high school student, Amanda assisted classes at Dance Etc., and after graduation began educating dancers at a Creative Arts Studio in Las Vegas for four years, as well as choreographed and organized their performance dance team. She has worked for several other dance companies and we are pleased that she is here at Gymcats.

Kelli Crossley
As far back as she can remember Kelli knew she wanted to be an entertainer and did just that when she began taking private dance lessons at the age of 3. This passion for performing lead her to dominating the pageant world, beginning at the age of 4, and she was eventually crowned Miss Nevada Teen USA in 2005. To add to her resume, Kelli performed the National Anthem for the LA Kings at the Staples Center, became an opening act for the Ultimate Variety Show at The Venetian, was on the Search for the Next Pussycat Doll reality show, released a single as a signed recording artists, along with other TV and film appearances. Today, Kelli prides herself with the ability to pass on her love for dance and performing to others. She delivers high levels of energy, brings her outgoing personality everywhere she goes and takes time with the needs of each individual.

Cheer Instructors

Mekenzie Trenholm
Mekenzie is a great motivator and very knowledgable in cheerleading. She teaches rec classes through to our top cheer team levels.

Hailey Qualls

Hailey was an optional level gymnast at Gymcats and has cheer and dance experience. She has a love and care for her students and an outstanding knowledge level

Front Desk Staff

Rusty LeBlanc
Rusty is on our front desk staff. He approaches every customer with a smile and a warm, caring attitude.

Ali Sturgis
Ali has been with Gymcats since her daughters, Kimi and Taylor, were gymnasts here. Kimi is now attending Penn State University and Taylor is a coaching at Gymcats until she graduates High School. Ali is part of the front desk staff and is always willing to help out.
