These team programs are a stepping stone for gymnasts who have completed the blue level and are considering moving to team some day. This level not only works the skills needed for the gold and diamond levels (and beyond) but also gives these girls the opportunity to compete which often times helps these kids move faster in their progress, than those who choose not to compete. These girls train 2 days/week and work on level 3 competitive routines, they will have the opportunity to compete in level 3 competitions held various times throughout the year. These girls can progress to gold, diamond and team, or x-team or use their foundation learned here to have a solid base for cheerleading or dance.
