Gymnastics
Gymnastics combines the physical: Power, strength, balance, agility, and grace; with the mind: Perseverance, poise, confidence, attention to detail, and discipline.
Dance
Dance is a great place for kids of all ages to learn many of dances disciplines. From Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop. Our dance teachers have the utmost in dance training and work well to get the most out of kids at the performance level.
Martial Arts
Martial Arts at Gymcats is taught in the the area of Shorin-Ryu.
Cheerleading
These classes focus on basic skills in cheerleading and tumbling so that each child may make a cheer team when they are older on any squad. Tumbling classes are geared towards teaching kids round off back handsprings and more advanced skills.
