| Flip flop shops |
Flip Flop Shops - see a video of a flip flop shop here
Sign up for Gymcats' flip flop shop for expert advice and drills on back handsprings. Each month these will give students the opportunity to work on get and improve your back handsprings. More advanced students will work whips, tucks, and layouts. The beginning flip flopper will work to get the jump, stretch and technique necessary to master their flip flop without help. Our staff caters to every child at their level so no worries about fear or skill level. Repeat flip flop shop attendees have really increased their progress over those who do not attend these events.
