Flexibility classes are a half hour long and focus on active and passive flexibility. Flexibility classes work on the areas where kids most need improved flexibility. Increasing flexibility will reduce the chance of injury in any sport. They are recommended for boys and girls ages 5 & up. These classes include an intense 1/2 hour of flexibility training each week at Gymcats, homework assignments, and a tracking of progress through a testing system.
