Cardio (10 minutes) Do something fun with the family, go for a walk, swimming, play tag, jump on trampoline etc. Write what you did________________. 

 

Toe Touches (3 X 15) Laying flat on your back with you legs straight up in the air (making an L Shape with your body) reach up and touch your toes.  Keep your arms covering your ears and your legs straight.

 

Bridges (5 X 10 sec) Keep your fingers facing your toes and try and keep your knees together while pushing your shoulders forward.

 

Froggy Jumps (3 X 15) Squat down like a frog and jump straight up into the air reaching for the sky! 

 

Push Ups (5 X 10) These can be done in a traditional push up position or on your knees.  Really focus on keeping a good shape!!  Don’t let your tummy sag towards the floor, back should be nice and round.
