Clear Sit Hold (total of 30 sec each way- pike & straddle) Sitting on the floor
in pike place your hands flat
on the ground by your tush. Push down
so your legs and tush lift off the floor balancing on your hands. Do the same for straddle only your hands go
between your legs. After you complete
a total of 30 sec, do 3 more attempts timed and write your best time. Pike_________sec: Straddle___________sec. |

Push Ups (3
X 10) Remember your nice flat shape and as you lower down, try and keep your
elbows close to your body. |

|
Splits/Bridges (2 min each leg and 3 X 10 sec bridges) For your bridges make sure
your fingers point towards your feet not out to the side. Push your shoulders over your wrists and
keep your arms straight. |

|
Hollow Hold (5
X 15 sec) Balancing on your tush in a nice hollow shape, the only other thing
touching the floor should be your lower back.
Arms should be straight out next to your legs and feet should be about
2 inches above the floor. |

|
Arch Hold (5
X 15 sec) Lay on your stomach like superman with your arms straight out
covering your ears. Head should be off
the floor. Be sure to keep your legs
straight and your heels together. |
