Completed

Handstands (2 X 30 sec against wall/tummy faces wall) Then do 10 handstands starting and finishing in a lunge.  Each time you tip over or don’t finish in a lunge add 1 more.  Total number done_____________. Be sure to always keep you arms by your ears!

 

Swimmers (3 X 30) Lie on your back with your upper body supported on your elbows.  Lift your feet up about 2 inches from the ground and alternate lifting your feet (like your swimming) Legs stay straight and shouldn’t ever touch feet on the floor.

 

Splits (2 minutes each leg) Don’t forget to do your middle!!!! J

 

Candlestick hold (5 X 10 sec) Squeeze tush and point toes towards the ceiling.

 

Tricep Dips (3 X 15) Using a chair (that won’t tip over) place your hands on the edge of the front of the chair, with your legs straight out in front of you push up and down. (like a backwards push up)
