Cardio: 10 minutes of any exercise you choose; ex- play tag at the park, soccer, jump on trampoline, jump rope, go for a walk w/family. Write what you did __________________________. |

Headstand toe taps (3 X 10) Start in beginning headstand position head and hands on floor in your triangle position; head = top, hands = base. Straddle your legs up to headstand then pike down keeping your head and hands on floor straddle up the same way again etc… |

Push up circle walks (3 X each direction) Start in a tight push up position, keeping your feet in one spot walk your hands around in a circle maintaining your good shape; hands over shoulders back and tush flat, no saggy tummies! |

Sit ups (3 X 15) Put your feet under something heavy like the couch or have a grown up hold them. Keep you tush close to your feet, arms crossed over chest and try not to lift hips as you sit up. |

|
Burpee’s (3 X 10) Start in push up position, hop your feet to your hands so you are in a squat position jump up, land back in squat, jump your feet back out to push up position and repeat. |
