What to Do

Completed

Handstand Hold (3 X 30 sec against wall) Then do 10 handstands on your own.  Start and finish in a lunge!

 

Clear Sit Hold (3 X 10 sec each way/pike and straddle) Sitting on the floor, hands push while you lift your legs and tush off the ground.  Make sure your keep your hands flat.  With straddle, hands go between your legs and pike hands go outside of your legs by your tush.

 

Vertical Jumps (Total of 25) All you have to do is jump as high as you can.  Be sure to jump off of 2 feet

 

Splits (2 min each leg)

 

Sit Ups (5 X 25) Good old fashioned sit ups.  Stick your feet under something heavy and keep your arms crossed over your chest, hands on shoulders.  Be sure to keep your tush close to your feet and use your tummy to lift, not your hip flexors!
