3 sets of 15 “V” ups with your waistband in your toes – if you drop it start that set again.

 

15 handstand holds

 

Make 5 presses from sit or 12 from standing.  Always try to come back down to clear sit.

 

On your tummy do 3 sets of 30 sec swimmers.

 

15 kicks front and back as high as you can – hold your last one as high as you can for 10 sec.  Remember to keep your bottom leg straight.

 

Play an activity outside for 15 minutes - ex. basketball, tag, bicycling, soccer, etc.  Write here what you did_________________
