3 sets of 15 arch ups – hold your last one for 15 seconds.  Arms by your ears when you are doing these.

 

With your running shoes on hold straddle clear sit for a total of 1 minute.  Stop the time every time you touch your tushy. 

 

With your running shoes on do 3 sets of 15 “V” ups.

 

3 sets of 15 froggy jumps

 

15 handstands holds

 

Come in early or ask Kim to stay after class and do a total of 20 steps up the rope with color bands in between your knees and toes.  If you can’t do this do 5 sets of 15 push ups at home.
