10 handstand hold – see how long you can hold this for

From sit try 6 times to press up to your feet and then press to handstand from feet – from handstand try 6 times to press down to your feet.  If you can clear press do 6 of these.

 

Try 12 push ups in a row with something on your back - trying not to drop the object on your back.  Don’t count the push up if your object falls off.  (ex. Use a small pillow, etc…)   Do this 3 times.

 

Try 3 times holding your body off the floor in a pike and do the same in a straddle for 25 seconds.

 

Hollow rockers squeezing a sock in your feet.  Do both on your back and your belly.  Do 25 in a row 3 times  

 

Do a total of 15 “V” ups squeezing a sock in your toes.  Don’t count your “V” up if it falls out. Do this 3 times.

 

Hold your splits for 1:30 on each leg – make sure you are square and both legs are really tight!!!!
