Cardio classes are a half hour long and focus on endurance, fitness and healthy eating/living. Cardio classes involve the whole family with family homework assignments and eating tips each week. These classes include an intense 1/2 hour of cardio training each week at Gymcats, homework assignmetns, and a tracking of progress through a testing system.
This program is recommended to boys and girls ages 7 and up. Please see the front desk to enroll today.
