Boys Team News:

Upcoming Events:
July 4th-6th - NO TEAM PRACTICE FOR 4TH OF JULY
July 7th - Team Practice for ALL Levels from 9:30am-12:30pm (3 hour workout)

Sunday Accelerated Edge workout schedule for June/July:

  • Sunday, June 30th, 2019 - Regular workout from 8:30-11:00am
  • Sunday, July 7th, 2019 - NO EDGE WORKOUT - due to Team Practice. All Levels will have practice from 9:30-12:30.
  • Sunday, July 14th, 2019 - NO WORKOUT - due to Gymcats Mini Congress for coaches.
  • Sunday, July 21st, 2019 - Regular workout from 8:30-11:00am
  • Sunday, July 28th, 2019 - Regular workout from 8:30-11:00am

Starting on Tuesday, June 25th and ending on Wednesday, July 24th, there will be open practice time from 1:30-2:30pm with team coaches out on the floor.
